Daiquiri

That daiquiri is what you’d call a ‘fond memory’ cocktail. It’s typically enjoyed in the summer with the warmth of the sun soaking into your skin, but we think it’s perfectly acceptable to enjoy it all year round given how refreshing it is.

Patrick Pistolesi, our master mixologist, has mixed our award-winning version using white rum, citrus and liquid sugar. It’s a classic cocktail and a crowd pleaser all at once, and is one of the most well-balanced drinks around.
